Natural Beauty Recipes for Smooth Skin

There are many recipes for natural beauty. Discussed below are some of the recipes.
Salt removes dry, flaky, dead skin
Wet your face or any other body part and apply a couple of tablespoons of sea salt, then massage it with a wet washcloth or fingers. After one or two minutes, rinse with cold water to tighten the pores. It is important to do this regularly so that face creams can penetrate.
Carrot Facial Mask
Directions:
Cook carrots, then mash. Mix with honey. Apply gently to the skin, wait 10 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.
Beautiful Feet
Every woman wants to have smooth skin and beautiful feet. Well you can achieve this by just taking 1 cup Lemon Juice, Cinnamon (for smell), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk, and water. Apply the mixture on your feet and rinse it off after ten minutes.  Applying this will leave you with legs that are being admired by everyone!
White Nails
To whiten your nails, try using common whitening toothpaste which will take away any stains and shine up your nails.
You can also soak your nails in water with lemon juice or lemon slices. The lemon acts as an astringent and will strip away stains. After the nails are dry you can apply nail polish.
Skin Sauna
A good deep cleansing treat is to give your face a sauna. This is good for a congested skin. It just requires you to fill a bowl with near boiling water and add four drops of each of the essential oils recommended for your skin type as follows;
NORMAL: Lavender
OILY: Lemon and Eucalyptus
DRY: Rose
When applying it place a towel over your head and hold it over the bowl from a distance of about 30cm for a period of around two minutes. This opens the pores and prepares it for a face mask.  Face sauna is not recommended if you have sensitive skin, are pregnant or suffer from asthma.

Wrinkle Remover
 Cut a grape in half and gently crush it on your face and neck. Leave it on for twenty minutes or so and rinse it with lukewarm water and pat dry. Don't forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and increase intake of vegetables rich in Vitamin A, such as carrots, celery and spinach.

Some natural ingredients for exfoliation include; olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar granules.

Moisturizing: After every cleansing, apply a moisturizer on the skin when it is still wet. This will help the pores of the skin to hold the water and helps to make the skin supple. During daytime, try to protect your skin from harmful ultraviolet radiation of the sun by using a sunscreen lotion on all the exposed parts of the skin for proper protection.
